Position: Sales Representative

TreeHouse SEM is currently looking for hard working, self-motivated sales associates to further help us grow our brand. We are a full service design, development, and search engine optimization house in Del Mar, CA only a couple hundred feet from the ocean. We pride ourselves in providing the absolute best in service and would like to expand our sales team with sales associates that are eager to learn and be part of a very friendly and dynamic environment.

Requirements

- Independent minded
- Able to generate leads as well as close deals
- Willing to learn and become an expert in our industry (training provided)
- Eager to be a part of a growing team of experts
- Some prior sales experience

Bonuses (not required)

- Previous sales experience in the tech industry
- Previous sales experience in the SEO industry
- Prior marketing or lead generation position

Compensation

- 15% commission on all sales
- Regular reviews to determine goals/quotas and increased compensation based on success
- 1099 Independent Contractor model allowing you the freedom to work from home
- Complete access to our in-house engineering resources and corporate offices
